ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 Under $150K The MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the project 260328 Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Fire Sprinkler Systems at Various Facilities at Camp Edwards, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the MA Army National Guard Construction and Facilities Management Office. The Project consists of but is not limited to: Perform inspection, testing and all required maintenance of the Fire Sprinkler Systems at various facilities located at Camp Edwards. These services shall be provided on an annual basis for the duration of this multi-year service contract. Additionally, within the first year of the contract, repair a list of known deficiencies. The work is estimated to cost $110,000.00 The Construction Workforce Utilization Goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers of the final contract price including accepted alternates. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by May 18, 2026 at 10:00am.
