ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 Under $150K The MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the project 260338 Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Pre-Engineered Fixed Extinguisher Fire Suppression Systems at Various Facilities at Camp Edwards, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the MA Army National Guard Construction and Facilities Management Office. The Project consists of but is not limited to: Perform inspection and all required maintenance for certification of the Fire Suppression Systems at two (2) Dining Facilities, two (2) Kitchens, and one (1) HAZMAT Storage Facility. These services shall be provided on a semi-annual basis for the duration of this multi-year service contract. Additionally, within the first year of the contract, complete repairs of a list of known deficiencies. The work is estimated to cost $51,000.00 The Construction Workforce Utilization Goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
