ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 Under $150K The MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the project 240795 Install Boiler Vents at the 5500 Area, Norstad St, Camp Edwards, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the MA Army National Guard Construction and Facilities Management Office. The Project consists of but is not limited to: Install nine (9) boiler vents at buildings in the 5500 area including all necessary mechanical thru wall venting, and wiring as needed. The work is estimated to cost $110,000.00 The Construction Workforce Utilization Goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers of the final contract price including accepted alternates. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by May 22, 2026 at 1:00pm. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
