ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 Under $150K The MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the project SPBN262003 Install COIN v2 Server and HVAC Direct Digital Control Software at the 102d Intelligence Wing at Otis Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the 102d Civil Engineering Squadron. The Project consists of but is not limited to: Site assessment and installation of Community of Interest Network Version 2 (COIN v2) server. Procurement and configuration of HVAC DDC software. Examination of HVAC panels and replacement of new panels if required. System integration and testing to validate that the Direct Digital Control (DDC) system is functional. The work is estimated to cost $72,000.00 The Construction Workforce Utilization Goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers of the final contract price including accepted alternates. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by July 6, 2026 at 10:00am.
