ADVERTISING NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids for the Reeds Spring R-IV School District Central Office project will be accepted by mail or hand delivered to Reeds Spring Central Office, 20281 Missouri 413, Reeds Spring, MO 56737, on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, until 2:00 pm CST. Sealed bids must include the project name and be addressed to Jason Reinsch on the outside of the envelope. Bids received after 2:00 pm will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 pm CST at the current Reed Spring Central Office. The project involves constructing a 9,000-square-foot office building to relocate the existing central office program and occupants from the high school. The building features both closed and open office areas, two conference rooms, a public lobby, and a community board room with a movable partition that can convert the space into two multipurpose areas. The structure will be a single-story, wood-framed building. The site is located on the main campus, directly next to the recently built Table Rock Career Center. A parking lot with approximately 24 spaces will be provided on the site. The project shall be bid and awarded as one (1) Prime Contract. The unified bids shall include the Mechanical,Electrical, and General scope of work for the project. Electronic viewing of plans, specifications, bid forms, and Instructions to Bidders will be available Monday, May 4, 2026, from Springfield Blue Print. Bid Documents can be purchased for a Non-Refundable fee online at www.spfdblue.com in their online plan room. Information regarding this project can be found in the "Plan Room" link on the website. Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Springfield Blue Print, 219 E Pershing, Springfield, MO 65806, telephone number is 417-869-7316. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges.
