AES Indiana NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS Trees growing too close to electric power lines pose a serious threat to public safety. Furthermore, trees contacting electric power lines are responsible for a significant percentage of electrical outages and other power quality issues. Our commitment to you, our customers, is to provide safe, reliable electricity which requires us to periodically prune or remove trees near our electric wires. The upcoming line clearing work is scheduled to take place on or after April 1st. It is not necessary to call to schedule the tree pruning.
