ALIAS ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON CITATION FOR CONTEMPT Petitioner has requested to serve ESMERALDA HARRIS, the Respondent in this case, by publication, the Petitioner's Notice of Post-Decree Proceedings, Notice of Relocation, Petitioner's Motion to Compel Mediation and Order Granting Motion to Compel and Order Parties to Scheduled Mediation. The Court further finds, that in accordance with Oklahoma law, the aforementioned pleadings shall be published in the Bartlesville Examiner Enterprise, which is authorized by law to publish legal notices and operates in the county in which the Motion was filed. Further, this legal notice shall run no less than one (1) day a week for (3) consecutive weeks. THEREFORE, the Court, having been fully advised in the premises, finds that this matter should be set for hearing.
