NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24000556CA of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Bay County, Florida, wherein FONTAINEBLEAU TERRACE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DN&E GROUP, LLC are Defendants, Bill Kinsaul, Bay County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
