ANNOUNCEMENT OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES FOR NEW LABELLE HIGH SCHOOL PROJECT - RFQ #26-0011 Notice is hereby given that qualified firms are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide Owner's Representative Services under the provisions of s. 287.017, Florida Statutes relating to the planning, design, and construction of the New LaBelle High School project at 850 Helms Rd, LaBelle Fl, 33935 ("Facility Site"). The selected firm will serve as the Owner's professional representative and advisor and will assist in protecting the Owner's interests throughout all phases of the project, including design coordination, procurement, construction, project closeout, warranty, and auditing. Services may include, but are not limited to: Project planning and scheduling oversight, Cost control, Design review and coordination with architects and engineers, Procurement assistance and contract administration, Construction monitoring and progress reporting, Quality assurance and risk management, Coordination between the Owner, design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders. Interested firms must demonstrate experience providing Owner's Representative or construction advisory services for educational or large-scale public facilities of comparable size and complexity with Special Facilities funding. Statements of Qualifications shall include firm background, relevant project experience, key personnel qualifications, references, and any additional information demonstrating the firm's ability to successfully perform the required services. All interested parties must submit their Request for Qualifications in the format outlined in the RFQ and return the same to Hendry County School District Finance Department Attn: Jason Adams and Brandynn Arrieta 111 Curry Street Labelle, Florida 33935. Submittals must be received no later than May 4, 2026 by 3:00 p.m. in order to be considered for the project. Any interested firm who does not submit a complete Request for Qualifications proposal will not be considered for the project. A formal evaluation of all Request for Qualification proposals will be evaluated on May 6, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hendry County School Board Room at 300 W. Cowboy Way LaBelle, FL 33935. Following proposal evaluation qualified firms may be shortlisted for scheduled in-person interviews. The Hendry County School District reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive informalities, and select the firm deemed to be in the best interest of the project.
