The property in question is located at: 111 South Pine Avenue, South Amboy, NJ 08879. Lot: 3, Block: 75 The variance application seeks to permit the legalization of installing pavers in the backyard, where there is already an existing gravel section, along with installation of pavers for a walkway. The proposed legalization of this space is intended to improve and increase the efficiency of the backyard, making it safer to walk on, because the current gravel is uneven and hazardous for any person and for the special needs child residing at the home (Aileen Velez's grandson). Overall, it will enhance the functionality and comfort for the family residing therein.
