APPLICATION FOR BULK VARIANCE
Please take notice that an application has been filed by the home owner of 111 South Pine Avenue, South Amboy, NJ 08879 / Aileen Velez who is seeking a variance from the local zoning ordinances.
The property in question is located at: 111 South Pine Avenue, South Amboy, NJ 08879. Lot: 3, Block: 75
The variance application seeks to permit the legalization of installing pavers in the backyard, where there is already an existing gravel section, along with installation of pavers for a walkway.
The proposed legalization of this space is intended to improve and increase the efficiency of the backyard, making it safer to walk on, because the current gravel is uneven and hazardous for any person and for the special needs child residing at the home (Aileen Velez's grandson). Overall, it will enhance the functionality and comfort for the family residing therein.
A public hearing on this application will be held before the Planning Board of South Amboy, NJ on October 22nd at 6pm located at Council Chambers, City Hall, 140 N Broadway, South Amboy, NJ 08879.
All interested parties are invited to attend and participate in the hearing. Maps, Plans and other related documents are on file in the Office of the Planning Board and are available for inspection during normal visiting hours or by special request.
