ASR Public Notice

ASR Public Notice T-Mobile USA Tower LLC (Crown Castle) is registering a telecommunications tower at the following location: 5803 Shannon Dr., Canal Winchester, OH 43110. Latitude N39˚- 53' –30.5", Longitude W82˚-50'-38.4". The tower is not lighted. Any interested party that believes the proposed action may have a significant impact on the environment may file a Request for Environmental Review (Request) to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Such Request may only raise environmental concerns. Information regarding the project may be found under FCC Antenna Structure Registration application number A1348415 on the FCC website www.fcc.gov/asr/applications. The Request must be filed with the FCC within 30 days of the notice being posted on the FCC website. The FCC strongly encourages that all Requests be filed electronically at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
