INVITATION FOR QUOTES
The Atlantis Charter School hereinafter designated as "Awarding Authority", seeks quotes from Prime Contractors in General Construction for the Atlantis Charter School – Annex Building – Interior Renovation Project. The buildout involves approximately 2,220 square feet of floor area. The project consists of the construction of new walls to create offices, classroom and administration space.
The work includes electrical, fire alarm, HVAC, fire protection and telecommunication upgrades. Plans/Specifications will be available at 2:00pm on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at www.biddocs.com.
General Bidders must be DCAMM Certified in the category of General Building Construction. Filed Sub-Bidders must be DCAMM Certified in the category of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning.
Pre-bid conference and site inspection at the Atlantis Charter School at 991 Jefferson Street, Fall River, MA 02721: Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. Meet at 991 Jefferson Street (Main Building) and the group will walk to 1000 Jefferson Street (Annex Building).

Filed Sub-Bidder Quotes must be received at www.biddocs.com on or before Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, to reject any or all quotes, or to accept any quote which it deems to be in the best interest of the district.
