Eschberger, Plot(s) B/5/13/1,2,5 have been identified as an owner or an owner's successor(s) in interest of an unused burial plot located at Robstown Cemetery, 801 N. Upshaw Blvd, Robstown, Texas. The Robstown Cemetery Association, dba Robstown Cemetery, a Texas nonprofit organization (the "Association"), has a business office mailing address of 4757 County Road 69, Robstown, Texas 78380. You are hereby put on notice that your plot has been identified as being abandoned and as such it will be subject to reversion and no longer belong to you but instead be owned by the Association. You may rebut this assertion by (1) delivering to the Association written notice claiming ownership of or right of sepulture in the plot; and (2) paying the Association for any past due maintenance charges on the plot plus interest at the maximum legal rate. You have until May 20, 2026, to respond to this notice. Failure to respond to this notice may result in both court action and the reversion of your ownership in your plot to the Association.
