Add Main Gate Motor (Barnes Air National Guard Base) Section 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 Under $150K The MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Add Main Gate Motor Barnes ANG Base, Westfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by 104th Civil Engineer Squadron The Project consists of but not limited to: Work will include the addition of required equipment and infrastructure to install a gate opener/closure motor with operational buttons located in the guard building, and all other safety features. The Construction Workforce Utilization Goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers of the final contract price including accepted alternates. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by September 15, 2025_ at 5:00PM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
