Addison Central School District – Addison Tuscarora Parent Drop Off Bid Ad Sealed bids, will be received by the Board of Education, Addison Central School District (herein referred to as the "Owner") for the Addison Central School District – Addison Tuscarora Parent Drop Off Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the District Offices, located in the Tuscarora Elementary School lower level, 7 Cleveland Drive, Addison, NY 14801, until 10:00 AM., local time, on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Dis-trict Conference Room. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted. Separate Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts: Contract 101: General Contractor The Architect for the Project is: SEI Design Group, D.P.C., 224 Mill Street, Rochester, NY 14614. Attention of the Bidders is called to the requirements regarding the NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry. Bidders are required to submit a copy of their valid Certificate of Registration with their bid. Applications for registration shall not be accepted as a substitute for a valid Certificate of Registration. A Bid not accompanied by required bid security, a valid NYS Department of Labor Certificate of Registration or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular is subject to rejection. A Pre-Bid walk-thru conference shall be held on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 @ 10:00 AM, start-ing in the District Office Parking Lot but will move to the District Office Conference Room if rain-ing. The District Office and its parking lot are on the north end of Tuscarora Elementary School. The entrance is through a set of doors in the lower level. Bidders for Prime Contract Work may obtain Contract Documents on or after March 9th, 2026, at Rotolite Elliott, One Grove Street #123, Pittsford, NY, 14534 (585-385-1463). Upon payment of a deposit of $50 per set, and a separate, non-refundable $45 shipping and handling payment for each set (deposit checks shall be made payable to Addison Central School District, shipping check made payable to Rotolite Elliott). The Board of Education hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the school district. Attention of the Bidders is called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment and min-imum wage rates to be paid under this Contract as well as to the provisions set forth in the Instruc-tion to Bidders.
