Maher from August Ford, by act before J.FD. Fernandez, Deputy Clerk of Record and ex-Officio Notary Public, which act is duly recorded in Book of Conveyances No. 38, folio 421, et seq. and Another Certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and thereunto belonging, situated in Suburb Nolan, in the rear right-of-way of the Texas & Pacific Railway Company, at Donaldsonville, in the Parish of ascension, Louisiana, and being Lot Number Ten (10), forming the corner of Railroad Street and St. Patrick Street, bounded on one side by Lot Number Nine (9), on the other side by St. Patrick Street and in the rear by Lot Number Eleven (11); measuring forty feet three inches (40'3") on Railroad Street and forty feet six inches (40'6") on the rear line adjoining lot eleven and measuring one hundred (100') feet in depth, being the same lot originally acquired by H.O. Maher from Anaise Martinez, wife of Martial Acosta, by act passed before G.A. Gondran, Notary Public, which act is duly recorded in Book of Conveyances No. 37, folio 374. Improvements thereon bear Parcel No. 697200. Tax sale title to the above described property has been adjudicated to City of Donaldsonville for failure to pay taxes. The City of Donaldsonville now intends to acquire full ownership in the above described property. You have been identified as a person who may have an interest in this property. You interest in the property will be terminated in you do not redeem the property by making all required payments to the tax collector listed below, or file a lawsuit with sixty (60) days of the date of this notice, or the recording of an act transferring ownership, if later.
