Advertisement For Bid - City of Lincoln/Community Pavilion Sealed Bids for the Community Pavilion will be received by City of Lincoln at the office of the City Clerk located at the City of Lincoln City Hall, 700 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois, 62656, until 11:00 AM local time on Tuesday November 4, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes but is not limited to: construction of a pre-engineered metal structure, concrete foundations, slab-on-grade concrete construction with adjacent access ramp, access stairs, handrail, sidewalks, unit masonry construction, earth excavation & backfill, and site restoration & seeding. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The successful bidder will be required to agree to not less than the prevailing rate of wages will be paid to all workmen, laborers, and mechanics performing their work under their contract. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., 2750 West Washington Street, Springfield, Illinois, 62702. Electronic copies of documents may be obtained free of charge. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on October 21, 2025 at the project location at 8th Street Park, 235 8th Street, Lincoln, Illinois. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory for all Prime Contractors. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
