Advertisement The Housing Authority of the City of Long Branch ("Housing Authority") is inviting bids for: On-Call Snow Removal Services IFB-20251009b Sealed bids shall be received at 2 Hope Lane, Long Branch, New Jersey 07740 until October 09, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.. The Invitation for Bids can be obtained electronically via link: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-jersey/lbha. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 01, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at 2 Hope Lane, Long Branch, New Jersey 07740 All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, labeled "Bid for (On-Call Snow Removal Services IFB-20251009b)" and including the bidder's company name and return address. Bidders must ensure that their bid is received at the address and by the deadline specified above. Bids received after the deadline for any reason shall not be considered and will be returned to the sender. All bids submitted are subject to these instructions and to the Instructions to Bidders for Contracts, form HUD-5369. The failure to abide by these instructions in any way, including but not limited to the failure to submit all required documentation, may lead to the bid being rejected as non-responsive. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the submission deadline. Bidders shall provide both a lump sum price for the entire contract term, and fixed unit prices for specific goods and services as detailed in the bid form. The Authority reserves the right to award based on the pricing structure that best services the Authority's interest. The contract shall be awarded to the bidder who submits the lowest responsible and responsive bid. The Housing Authority reserves the right to award the contract on a per-property basis. The successful bidder(s) will be required to execute the Housing Authority's contract.
