Advertisement for Bid 2026 Asphalt Pavement Crack Sealing (Contract D-26) Village of Greenville, Wisconsin The Village of Greenville will receive sealed bids for the rebid of the 2026 Crack Sealing project until 10:00 AM local time Friday July 31, 2026, at the Village Hall at which time and place all bids will be opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all materials and labor for the crack sealing of various streets and trails within the Village. Significant components of work include: Crack Sealing of Various Asphalt Streets & Trails The bidding documents may be examined at the Village Hall located at W6860 Parkview Drive, Greenville, WI 54942 or can be viewed and downloaded by registering with QuestCDN online (www.questcdn.com). Interested parties may view the contract documents at no cost on the QuestCDN website prior to becoming a plan holder. To be considered a plan holder for bids, a contractor must register on QuestCDN.com and purchase the digital contract documents at a non-refundable cost of $22. Registering as a plan holder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as plan holders will receive addenda and other contract document updates via QuestCDN. Proposals shall be prepared and submitted on the forms provided in the bid documents. All proposals shall be addressed to the Village Engineer, W6860 Parkview Drive, PO Box 60, Greenville, WI, 54942. All Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, which shall have the name and address of the bidder and be labeled "Proposal – 2026 Crack Sealing". No proposal shall be accepted after 10:00 AM on July 31, 2026. No bid will be received unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% but not more than 10% of the bid payable to "Village of Greenville" as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance within fifteen days after the award of the Contract. If the successful Bidder so files the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance, the Owner shall return the check upon execution of the Contract. If the Bidder fails to file the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance, the amount of the check shall be forfeited to Village of Greenville as liquidated damages. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids, without the consent of the Village of Greenville, for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for closing of the bids. The Village of Greenville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
