Notice is hereby given that Randolph Construction Group, Inc. (Construction Manager) for the School District of Palm Beach County (Owner) will receive Proposals for the Facility Renovation and Repair at Osceola Creek Middle School. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Fire Alarm Panel Upgrade; Fire Alarm Smoke Detector Replacement; VCT Flooring Replacement; Plumbing - including Water Fountain Replacement and minor finishes, civil/sitework as indicated on the Drawings and outlined in the Specification.
Participation by small businesses and minority firms is strongly encouraged. The established minimum SBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 25% for SBE-owned firms certified by the School District.

Site located at: 6775 180th Ave N, Loxahatchee, FL 33470
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site, date to be determined.
Bid Documents will be available on or about May 5th, 2026. Trade Contractors interested in becoming prequalified bidders shall contact Jacob Perez by e-mail at Jacob@randolph-cg.com. No phone calls, please.
The bid due date will be outlined in the Invitation to Bid. Proposals will be received via email to Jacob@randolph-cg.com and/or at the office of Randolph Construction Group, Inc., 1191 N. Federal Hwy, Ste. 1, Delray Beach, FL 33483.
Owner and/or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals that are in its best interest. The Owner and/or Construction Manager also reserves the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure.
All costs incurred by the Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer.
