Advertisement for Bid The City of Sevierville (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Birchwood Pump Station Improvements, 20240197.00.WK. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Sevierville, located at 120 Gary Wade Blvd, Sevierville, TN 37862, until Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 2pm, local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be submitted on the complete Project and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the City of Sevierville, 120 Gary Wade Blvd, Sevierville, TN 37862 or P.O. Box 5500, Sevierville, TN 37864-5500. Outside of the envelope must be marked "Bid for Birchwood Pump Station Improvements". Envelope must also bear on the outside, Bidder's name, address, and license number with expiration date. All bids must be made on blank forms provided and included in the Bidding Documents or as provided by Addendum prior to Bid. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, and performing all Work required to construct complete, in place, and ready to operate the following: Replace existing pump station with a new duplex suction-lift arrangement with two (2) 7.5 HP pumps. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be Unit Prices basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Project has an expected duration of 330 days to substantial completion. Obtaining the Bidding Documents: The Issuing Office is: Ardurra Group, Inc., 10025 Investment Drive, Suite 120, Knoxville, TN 37932. Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online by registering with Duncan Parnell via their Bid Room at https://bidroom.duncan-parnell.com/. Registration with Duncan Parnell is required to obtain the Bidding Documents and be added to the official Plan Holder's List. Addenda notification will be sent to those buying full sets from Duncan Parnell via their Bid Room. The cost of Bidding Documents and shipping are non-refundable. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for copies of the Bidding Documents obtained from sources other than from Duncan Parnell. The Owner hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an Award. No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Successful Bidder shall comply with the Department of Labor Safety and Health Regulations for construction promulgated under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (PL91-596) and under Section 107 of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (PL91-54), or latest revisions. A Pre-Bid Conference for this Project will not be held.
