Walker St., Burgaw, NC, after which bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Project includes: temporary C&D loading area, demolition of deflector plates, raising loading tunnel floor ~4 ft, tipping floor repairs and overlay, relocating entrance road, new exit ramp, and erosion control. C&D bulkhead work must be completed before transfer station work begins. Site access must be maintained at all times. Requirements: 5% bid bond; 100% Performance & Payment Bond; NC General Contractor license (NCGS 87); bids valid 60 days.
