Advertisement for Bids ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 1.1 PROJECT INFORMATION A. Notice to Bidders: Invited bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. B. Project Identification: Deborah Heart and Lung Center Façade Rehabilitation Project Location: 200 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015. Owner: Deborah Heart and Lung Center Owner's Representative: John Dugan., Administration, (609)-893-6611, ext. 5486. Engineer: Keith W. Weitknecht, PE, (610)-422-2438. E. Project Description: Project consists of performing repairs to the Original Building South Elevation walls including brick masonry façade repairs, steel lintel repairs, and flashing improvements for the base bid. In addition to the masonry façade repairs, the alternate #1 bid consists of performing reroofing over the existing roof on the low roof. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Bids to be completed using Prevailing Wage Rates, See attached wages in specifications. 1.2 BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING A. Owner will receive bids until the bid time and date via email. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner Bid Due Date: November 7, 2025. Bid Time: 10:00 AM, local time. Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at the project location, on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend. 1.4 DOCUMENTS A. Contracting Documents will be placed for advertisement to prospective bidders on October 3, 2025, by Deborah Heart and Lung Center. Contracting documents can be obtained by emailing Joe Lichman jlichman@pennoni.com and "cc" John Dugan DuganJ@Deborah.org 1.5 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DEADLINE A. Contractors submit request for information (RFIs) by no later than 11am on Friday October 17, 2025. Any RFIs submitted after that time/date will not be considered/answered. 1.6 TIME OF COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. 1.7 BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS A. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
