Advertisement for Bids ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Owner: Deborah Heart and Lung Center 200 Trenton Road Browns Mills, NJ 08015 Separate sealed bids for the renovation of a Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab (approximately 600 square feet total) and the renovation of an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab (approximately 600 square feet total). Both Labs are located in the Lesser Building of the Hospital, with the EP Lab on the 2nd floor and the Cath Lab on the 5th floor. The scope also includes the ancillary mechanical, electrical and structural work to support the renovations. Bids will be received by the Owner – Deborah Heart and Lung Center at the office of Michael Lieb, FACHE, EVP and COO until 2:00 PM EDT, October 31, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
