The work includes the replacement of air handling units AHU-B3 and AHU-C3, which serve the Operating Rooms on the 2nd floor of the Hospital. The scope also includes the ancillary electrical, structural and architectural work. Bids will be received by the Owner – Deborah Heart and Lung Center at the office of Michael Lieb, FACHE, EVP and COO until 2:00 PM EDT, October 31, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
