Advertisement for Request for Qualifications DRINKING WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT PROJECT Japanese Gardens Homeowner's Corporation, Inc. is accepting qualification statements for a Design-Build contract to replace all the drinking water distribution system components. The improvements include design, permitting, and construction to replace all the existing water distribution system piping, re-aligning the water mains along the existing roadways, installing new services, backflow prevention, fire hydrants, valves and appurtenances, and re-paving the existing roads. The approximate length of pipe is 24,000 feet of varying sizes from 8 inch to 2 inch with associated appurtenances, approximately 420 service connections, and approximately 36,600 square yards of new asphalt. The Conceptual Documents including the RFQ instructions may be obtained by the Proposers by requesting a download link via email to bids2026@acluseng.com. Japanese Gardens Homeowner's Corporation, Inc. will accept Qualification Statements until July 9th, 2026 local time 10:00 AM at the Clubhouse building located at 6181 Teahouse Road, Venice, FL 34293. A non-mandatory pre-Submittal conference will be conducted on June 9th, 2026, beginning promptly at 10:00 AM at the Clubhouse building located at 6181 Teahouse Road, Venice, FL 34293, followed by a site visit of the project area. Project Proposers are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Questions will be answered via addenda provided to all Proposers.
