Advertisment for Bids Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by Zurbrugg Partnership LLC for the Rehabilitation of Offices for Social Services Programs project (the "Project") until 3:00 PM prevailing time on June 12th, 2026. Bids received after the designated deadline shall be deemed unresponsive and will not be considered. The Project generally consists of the repair of a covered porch waiting area at the Zurbrugg Mansion Senior Residence located at 531 Delaware Avenue in Delanco, NJ 08075. Specifically, the removal and repair/replacement of the existing 15' x 23' TPO roof system. This would include the removal and replacement of any bad, rotten or damaged wood on the roof deck and joist system; reworking of the downspout system; vinyl soffit installation and new flashing. Additionally wood paneling to be installed to match pre-existing as closely as possible and sand prep and paint entire 15. X 23' porch area. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. THIS IS A SECTION 3 PROJECT OF THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1968, AND TO THE GREATEST EXTENT FEASIBLE, OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT MUST BE GIVEN TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PERSONS RESIDING WITHIN THE PROJECT AREA; AND THE PROJECT MUST UTILIZE BUSINESSES LOCATED OR OWNED IN SUBSTANTIAL PART BY PERSONS RESIDING WITHIN THE PROJECT AREA.
