Affidavit of Service
Please take notice that Susan Sheridan has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the town of Westwood NJ for a variance to permit the alteration of an existing detached garage. A variance is being sought from the following requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Westwood as follows:
Side yard: 3.4' where 10' is allowed
Height: 18.5 ' where 15' is allowed
and any other variance that may be required by the Board during the course of the aforementioned hearing review.
The variances sought are by Reason of the provisions of Articles 195-130 and 195-132 of the Borough of Westwood.
A public hearing has been ordered for July 6, 2026 at 8 p.m. in the Hearing Room at the Westwood Municipal Comple, 101 Washington Avenue, Westwood, NJ 07675 at which time any interested party may be heard concerning said applicatio. A copy of proposed plans and application materials are on file in the Planning and Zoning Department in the Municipal Building for public inspection during regular business hours of 8 a.m.to 1 p.m.Monday through Friday.
