Alexander Public Notice In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that Alexander Construction and Landscaping (5602 Elmwood Avenue, Indianapolis, IN) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Alexander Construction and Landscaping project located at 8800 East Raymond Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will be discharged to the Grassy Creek Watershed. Runoff will outlet into the proposed detention pond located on the east side of the site.
