All bid correspondence and document issuance will be via Building Connected. There will be a pre-bid meeting on site on March 31, 2026 at 9:00am, at 801 Scenic Hwy, Haines City, FL 33844. Sealed Bid submission deadline for the GMP will be April 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM, at which time bids will be opened publicly. Sealed Bids shall be submitted either a) electronically via Building Connected (preferred) or b) hand delivered to 1909 S Floral Ave., Bartow, FL 33830, attention Danny Sharpless. Hand delivered bids shall include the completed Bid Form as published via Building Connected. Project Scope: Construction of a new 66,500 square foot elementary school building and associated parking.
