Amended Final Judgment of Divorce by Publication
THIS MATTER being opened to the Court on the complaint of Plaintiff, Meghan K. Buchman, represented by Karen Rose Karpousis, Esquire of Charny, Karpousis, Altieri & Donoian, P.A., and the Defendant, Robert M. Buchman, Jr., having been properly served by publication and default judgment having been entered against the Defendant, and the Plaintiff having pleaded and proved a cause of action for divorce and jurisdiction being acquired over defendant pursuant to the Rules of Court, and for other good cause shown;
IT IS on this 17th day of June 2026 ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between the parties is HEREBY DISSOLVED.
2. All collateral issues between the parties have been previously resolved. The Court took no testimony regarding same and, therefore, does not pass on the merits of same. The Court only indicates that the agreement was entered into freely and voluntarily without duress or coercion and Plaintiff was not under the influence of any alcohol or drug that would affect her thinking and at a time Plaintiff was represented by independent counsel of her own choosing, for whose services she was satisfied with and Defendant was advised of his right to counsel but chose not to participate in this litigation.
