NOTICE IS GIVEN that under the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale (entered on June 3, 2026) and the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, (entered on April 30, 2026), Carolyn Timmann, the Clerk of this Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash online at "www.martin.realforeclose.com", at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 30, 2026, the following described property:

Being a part of Section 19, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, Martin County, Florida, as more particularly described as follows:
Begin at a point on the West right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1 (State Road No. 5) 400 feet Northwesterly from the North right of way line of Britt Road, said point being the Northeast corner of lands conveyed to Nettie R. Turvey by Deed recorded in Deed Book 38, page 404, Martin County Records; thence (1) run Southwesterly parallel to and 400 feet Northerly from the North right of way line of Britt Road, 468.4 feet more or less to the West line of the East Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence (2) run North along the West line of the East Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to a point that is 17.67 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, which point is also the Southwest corner of the tract of land conveyed to Ned Louis Tedeschi and wife by deed recorded in Deed Book 38, page 454, Martin County Public Records; thence (3) at an angle of 63 degrees, 32 minutes from North to East run a distance of 321.75 feet more or less to the West right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1, which point is also the Southeast corner of the tract of land conveyed to Ned Louis Tedeschi and wife by deed recorded in Deed Book 38, page 454, Martin County Records; thence (4) run Southeasterly along the West right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1 to the point or Place of Beginning.
