Amended Notice of Summons To: Terrence Jermaine Davis You are notified that a Complaint for Divorce has been filed in the Richmond County Superior Court and that by reason of an Amended Order for service by publication entered by the Court on the 27th day of August, 2025, and filed on the 5th day of September, 2025; You are hereby commanded and required to appear before the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Augusta, Georgia on the 24th day of October, 2025 at 1:45 p.m., for a hearing to show cause, if any, why the prayers of the Plaintiff's Complaint for Divorce should not be granted. The hearing is for the purpose of a full and final divorce. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk of the Richmond County Superior Court, which is located at 735 James Brown Blvd., Augusta, Georgia, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., exclusive of holidays. Upon written request and sufficient payment for copies, a copy of said Complaint will be mailed to you. You are further notified that while responsive pleadings are not mandatory, they are permissible and you are encouraged to file with the clerk of said court and serve upon the Plaintiff's attorney an answer or other responsive pleading within thirty (30) days of the date of the order for service of publication. You are informed that you are entitled to have an attorney represent you in this matter.
