Amended Order Allowing Service by Publication in Lieu of Personal Service
Plaintiff, Annette Strako, has filed a Motion for an Order allowing service of process upon Defendant, Ryan Strako, by publication in lieu of personal service. Plaintiff has demonstrated by affidavit that the whereabouts of the Defendant are presently unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry pursuant to T.C.A. § 21-1-203.
It is therefore ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall:
Forthwith cause a copy of this order to be published, for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Lakeland Ledger, Polk County's News Source, which publishes in Polk County, Florida.
That Defendant Ryan Strako, is hereby required to appear and file an answer with April J. Turner, the Clerk and Master of the Stewart County Chancery Court, located at the Stewart County Courthouse, 225 Donelson Parkway, Dover, Tennessee 37058, or otherwise defend against the Complaint for Divorce and to serve an answer to said Complaint by February 04, 2026, which is thirty days from the last publication of this notice, to Chad A. Cox, Attorney for Plaintiff in this Cause, whose address is 104 N. Brewer St. Paris, Tennessee 38242.
The copy of this Order that is published shall further notify the defendant that he must answer or otherwise respond to the complaint in this action within 30 days of the fourth weekly publication of this order, and if he does not answer or otherwise respond, a default judgment may be entered against him.
