FDVA Collier County 120-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility

Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. has been awarded this project and invites qualified subcontractors and suppliers to submit sealed bids for the construction of the FDVA Collier County 120-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility located at the corner of Collier Boulevard and Golden Gate Parkway, Collier County, FL 34117.
The project consists of approximately 138,091 SF of new single-story, Type IIB construction including four buildings and a mechanical yard comprising a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Adult Day Healthcare (ADHC) building, Community Center, CEP, sitework, and utilities.
All pricing must be itemized and allocated between:

Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 PM (Local Time) on March 31, 2026.
Late or emailed bids will not be accepted.

This project is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements and BABAA compliance. Bidders must comply with all project documents and Suffolk sample contract requirements.
Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
