An Application to Organize an Insured National Bank and Request Federal Deposit Insurance Has Been Filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation The organizers, identified below, intending to organize and operate an insured national bank according to the provisions of the National Bank Act and the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as amended, submitted an application to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) on March 25, 2026, for permission to organize an insured national bank, and propose as follows: 1.
