Annexation of Existing Residence NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Great Falls combined Planning Advisory Board/Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. in the Gibson Room, Civic Center Building, Great Falls, Montana to consider a request from M. Nelson regarding the following: 1. 2. Annexation of an existing residence addressed as 305 21st Ave S and legally described as Lot 3, Grandview Tracts SEC 13, TWN 20N, RNG 3E, P.M.M., Cascade County, Montana. Establishing the City zoning classification of R-2 Single-family Medium Density upon the above described property.
