Annexation of Existing Residence
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Great Falls combined Planning Advisory
Board/Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. in
the Gibson Room, Civic Center Building, Great Falls, Montana to consider a request from M.
Nelson regarding the following:
1. 2. Annexation of an existing residence addressed as 305 21st Ave S and legally described as
Lot 3, Grandview Tracts SEC 13, TWN 20N, RNG 3E, P.M.M., Cascade County, Montana.
Establishing the City zoning classification of R-2 Single-family Medium Density upon the
above described property.
Any interested party may speak for or against this request in person at the public hearing or submit
written comments by mail to the Great Falls Planning Advisory Board/Zoning Commission, P.O.
Box 5021 Great Falls, MT 59403 or by email to jnygard@greatfallsmt.net before 12:00 P.M. on
Tuesday, June 9th, 2026. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the
Planning Advisory Board/Zoning Commission and appropriate staff for consideration during the
agenda item and before final vote on the matter and will be so noted in the official record of the
meeting.
