Annual Town Meeting Medina Township NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN To the legal voters, residents of the Town of Medina in the County of Peoria and State of Illinois, that the Annual Town Meeting of said Town will take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 being the second Tuesday of said month at the hour of 7:00 o'clock PM at Medina Township Office at 10628 N. Galena Road, Mossville, IL 61552 For the transaction of the miscellaneous business of the said town; and after a Moderator having been elected, will proceed to hear and consider reports of officers, and decide on such measures as may, in pursuance of law, come before the meeting and especially to consider and decide the following: Purpose: Consider, discuss, and vote on the transfer of funds from the General Town Fund to the Town Capital Fund. Consider, discuss and vote on the purchase of a building for Medina Township and the sale of the current Medina Township building. Discuss and vote on the following: "Shall the following advisory question of public policy be placed on the ballot for submission to the voters in the township of Medina in Peoria County in the State of Illinois for the November 3, 2026 election? "Shall the Illinois Congressional members who represent Medina Township vote to support the Illinois Human Rights Advocacy Protection Act HB 2723/SB2462 which would repeal amendments to the Illinois Pension Code that American businesses that choose to boycott Israel?"
