The building requires the following variances section 102-48E propose front set back of 110 feet from Hominy Hill Road where 150 feet are required. Section 102-48C6 propose building volume of 20,000 cubic feet is maximum permitted. On premise located at 39 Bretwood Drive South known as Block 46. Lot 1-01 onthe tax map, which is within 200 feet of property owned by Robert and Kathy DellAnno. This appeal is now on the Secretarys calendar and a publichearing has been ordered for Thursday evening October 16,2025 at 7:00pm prevailing time in Town Hall 1 Veterans Way, Colts Neck New Jersey at which time you may appear in person, by agent or attorney and present any objection which you may have to the granting of this appeal.
