PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has appealed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Aberdeen for variance relief from the provisions of Section(s) 25-4.3.b - Permitted Uses in PC Zone of the Land Development Ordinance, and any and all other variances deemed necessary by the Zoning Board, as well as site plan approval, so as to permit the continuation and modification of the existing non-conforming bank building located at 342 Lloyd Road with drive-thru use within the PC Zone District. The project scope includes the reconstruction of the parking area to meet ADA compliance standards, along with associated landscaping improvements.
The application, maps and plans are on file at the Department of Planning/Zoning and Development, One Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen, NJ, and are available for inspection weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This appeal is now on the Secretary's calendar, and a Public Hearing has been ordered for 10/22/2025 at 6:30 p.m. prevailing time, in the Aberdeen Township Municipal Building, at which time you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and present any objection which you may have to the granting of this appeal.
