PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the application has been made by Randy Martinez for variance relief to permit the construction of an addition on the premisis commonly known as 56 Lincoln Avenue in the Borough of Westwood, in the R-1 Zone District. Said property is also known as Block 109 Lot 17 as shown on the current Tax Assessment Map of the Borough of Westwood, New Jersey.
Variances are sought from the following requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Westwood: Building coverage, Lot coverage, and side yard setback and such other variance relief as may be determined during review and consideration of this application.
The cited variances sought are necessary pursuant to requirements contained in Chapter 195, Schedule A, Area and Bulk Regulations, of the Borough of Westwood Municipal Code. The property in question has the followind dimentions: 50'X150'.
A public hearing has been ordered for Monday, January 12, 2026 at 8:00pm in the Hearing Room at the Westwood Municipal Complex, 101 Washington Avenue, Westwood New Jersey 07675, and when the case is called, you may appear in person, or by agent, to be heard either as favoring or opposing the granting of the application.
This NOTICE is given to you by the applicant by order of the Zoning Board of Adjustment. The application, plans and other pertinent documents are on file at the Westwood Municipal Complex, Building Department, during the business hours of 8:00am to 1:00pm Monday through Friday.
