Appropriations Ordinance LYCFPD ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 381 Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Little York Community Fire Protection District, Warren and Henderson Counties, Illinois: Section 1: That the following budget containing an estimate of receipts and expenditures for the Corporate Fund is hereby adopted as the budget of this fire protection district for the fiscal year mentioned above and shall be in full force and effect from and after its date. I. Section 3: That the funds derived from sources other than the 2025 tax levies may be allotted by the Board of Trustees to such amounts, respectively, as said Board may determine, within the limits of said appropriations, respectively. Section 4: That any unexpended balance in any one of the foregoing appropriations or funds may be used and applied toward the payment of any lawful corporate debt or charge of said fire protection district. Section 5. That the invalidity of any Section, or portion or item of this Ordinance, shall not affect the validity of any other section or portion or item thereof, which can be given effect without such invalid portion or item. Section 6: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from and after its passage, approval, publication and/or posting as required by law.
