Asheville City Council Public Hearing - April 28, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Asheville will hold the following public hearings at its regular meeting at 5:00 p.m. on the 28th day of April, 2026, in the Council Chamber, located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, located at 70 Court Plaza, Asheville, N.C.: To consider a conditional zoning request for the property located at 50 Coxe Avenue, and further identified on the Buncombe County tax maps and records as PINs 9648-39-4540, 9648-39-4353 and 9648-39-6366, from Central Business District to Central Business Expansion - Conditional Zone. NOTE: In considering any application for a change in the zoning classification of property, the City Council may rezone the property to a less intensive classification than was requested, and/or may rezone a smaller area of the property than was requested.
