Asheville City Council Public Hearing - March 10, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Asheville will hold the following public hearing at its regular meeting at 5:00 p.m. on the 10th day of March, 2026, in the Council Chamber, located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, located at 70 Court Plaza, Asheville, N.C.: 1. To conditionally rezone 383 N. Louisiana Avenue, and further identified on the Buncombe County tax maps and records as PIN No. 9638-29-1363, from Office District to Office District - Conditional Zone. 2. To conditionally rezone 230 Sardis Road, and further identified on the Buncombe County tax maps and records as PIN No. 9627-00-3429, from Industrial District to Residential Expansion - Conditional Zone. NOTE: In considering any application for a change in the zoning classification of property, the City Council may rezone the property to a less intensive classification than was requested, and/or may rezone a smaller area of the property than was requested.
