Asheville City Council Public Hearing - October 28, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Asheville will hold the following public hearing at its regular meeting at 5:00 p.m. on the 28th day of October, 2025, in the Council Chamber, located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, located at 70 Court Plaza, Asheville, N.C.: To consider an amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance to amend Section 7-14-1 to amend Section 7-14-1 that would allow existing nonconforming structures to be converted into Accessory Dwelling Units without Board of Adjustment review.
