Attention: Food Service Management Companies The Archdiocese of Detroit is requesting proposals for the management of the school food service operation. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture regulations and guidelines, as well as State of Michigan Department of Education policies and guidelines. The request for Proposal and supporting documents will be available by May 13, 2026. The mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 3:00 pm on May 15, 2026, at Sacred Heart Major Seminary, 2701 Chicago Boulevard, Detroit, MI 48206. All proposals must be submitted electronically to Genotti.Donald@aod.org no later than 1:00 pm on June 9, 2026.
