Attention Licking Township Residents
The Licking Township Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Licking Township Fire Station #600 9384 Jacksontown Road, Jacksontown, OH 43030, to hear the following variance requests:
1) Eric & Shannon Moore request a variance to Section(s) 10.00.A.5.c Accessory Structure to construct an accessory structure at their property known as 703 Zanesville Ave. Thornville, OH. Applicant is requesting to reduce the distance requirement of an accessory structure from a main structure from 20' to 7.5' (12.5' variance).
2) Mark & Amy Dobransky request a variance to Section(s) 10.00.F.4 Rear Yard Setback to construct a deck at their property known as 39 Cornell Rd Hebron, OH. Applicant is requesting a Rear Yard Setback from 15' to 11.4' (3.6' variance).
3) Applicant Zoza Holdings LLC c/o Zoran Saveski requests a variance to Section12.00.A; Section 12.00.C.02.a; Section 19.00.B to construct a commercial building at the property owned by Paul & Cheryl Brown – property known as 6820 National Road, Jacksontown, OH. Applicant is requesting to: construct a principle structure located midway of the parcel with parking in the front; Increase structure bulk from 2,000 sq. ft. to 12,000 sq. ft. (10,000 sq. ft. variance); reduce off-street parking from 24,000 sq. ft. to 14,130 sq. ft. (9870 sq. ft. variance).
