Availability of Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives and Proposed Actions, 30 Days Public Comment Period This provides the public notice of the availability of the Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) and Proposed Actions (PA) for environmental cleanup to be carried out at the Armory site located at 605 Main Street, Rockford, Illinois 61101. The ABCA is available for review and comments at the Rockford Area Arts Council office, located at 713 East State Street, Rockford, Illinois 61104 from March 18, 2026, through April 17, 2026. This ABCA has been prepared as a requirement of the EPA Brownfields Cleanup Grant Program to be provided by the Rockford Area Arts Council for the cleanup of the Armory Site. The ABCA along with the information repository which includes the previous environmental site assessments, is available for public review Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) at 713 East State Street, Rockford, Illinois 61104.
