B26016 County Road 10 Preventative Maintenance
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario, will receive sealed bids for B26016 County Road 10 Preventative Maintenance. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, January 28, 2026 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bid forms and specifications may be obtained via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ontariocountyny Hard copies will be available for a refundable deposit of $100.00 per set (U.S. Funds). Cross Sections will be provided upon request in electronic version (PDF files) only. Checks will be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No bidder shall receive hard copy documents prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department. Bidders requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs. Deposit must be a check or cash; no credit cards are accepted or copies of checks.
Each bid shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid offered by the vendor. Said bid bond shall be in the form of a certified check, bond or irrevocable line of credit and is required to be included with the bid submittal.
