The County prefers electronic submittals via the eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ontariocountyny however, sealed paper bids can be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, April 22, 2026 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read.
